Advise of maintenance:
- In the dishwasher: watch the quantity of products, without abusing it because they are corrosive.
- In the hand: in that case use the soft side of the sponge because the abrasive covers line the steel. In the case or there are resistant tracks, or acid food, cross flatware under the warm water. Wipe your peaks with apéritif and shells after the wash if you can.
